Cause: The transfer was created for a different wallet address than the one currently being used. This can happen if you have multiple wallets and accept the transfer in the wrong one.
Solution: Confirm you are using the correct wallet. If the issue continues, ask the sender to create a new transfer.
Problem: "Invalid address. Please check and confirm details, then try again."
Cause: The wallet address entered is not valid.
Solution: Check the address for errors or missing characters, then try again.
Problem: A transaction shows a mismatch with a previous transaction reference.
Cause: An earlier transaction may not have fully updated the wallet, causing the local wallet record to differ from the network balance.
Solution: Reinstall or restore your Zucoins Wallet using the official Zucoins recovery instructions to resynchronise your wallet with the network.
Problem: My sender or receiver balance is incorrect after a transaction.
