Wait for the sender to share the transfer code with you, either through a push notification or directly.
Why: The transfer code is what your wallet needs to recognise and accept the incoming transaction.
If you receive a push notification, tap it to accept the transfer.
Why: Zucoins' one-tap notification feature lets you confirm a transfer directly from the notification.
If you're using the copy-and-paste method instead, paste the transfer code into your wallet and tap confirm.
Why: Zucoins uses a two-way transaction process, meaning both the sender and receiver must confirm before the transfer is finalised.
Troubleshooting
Problem: I purchased Zucoins but they have not appeared in my wallet.
Cause: The purchase may not have completed successfully or the wallet may need to update its information.
