A pending transaction means a transfer has been started but has not yet been completed.
Because Zucoins uses a two-way transfer process, both the sender and recipient must complete the transaction before it is finalised.
Before You Begin
Knowledge of whether you're the sender or receiver of the pending transaction
Troubleshooting
Problem: The receiver hasn't confirmed my transfer yet.
Cause: Zucoins explains this can mean the receiver hasn't pasted the transfer code within the time period, or has pasted it but not yet tapped "confirm" to accept the transfer.
Solution: Check with the receiver that they've both pasted and confirmed the code, and remind them of the time remaining before it expires.
Problem: My transaction shows as taking too long to prepare.
Cause: Zucoins describes this as an extremely rare issue where the transaction being prepared has either invalid data or has taken too long to prepare.
Solution: Try sending the transaction again.
Important Notes
A transaction will remain pending until the receiver accepts and confirms the transfer.
Transfer codes have a limited validity period. If the receiver does not complete the transfer before expiry, the transaction will need to be started again.
If you are the sender, you can check the progress of a pending transfer from your wallet rather than waiting for the transfer to complete automatically.
