Zucoins transfers have an expiry period to ensure incomplete transactions do not remain active indefinitely.
When a transfer is created, the sender and receiver must complete the required steps within the available time. If the transfer is not completed, it will expire and a new transfer will need to be created.
Common Causes
Transfers may expire if:
The recipient does not complete the transfer in time.
The sender or recipient closes the wallet before the transfer is complete.
There is a temporary interruption during the transfer process.
What to Do
If your transfer expires:
Start a new transfer from the sender's Zucoins Wallet.
Keep both the Zucoins Wallet and Zutopia open (if trading through Zutopia) until the transfer is complete.
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the transaction.
Important Notes
Once a transfer has expired, it cannot be resumed and must be started again.
If transfers continue to expire, ensure both users are ready before starting the transaction.
If the problem persists, contact Zucoins Support for assistance.
