Zucoins Wallet allows you to choose how long a transfer remains valid before it expires.
You can set a custom expiry time or disable expiry when creating a transfer, giving you more flexibility for situations where the recipient may not be able to complete the transfer immediately.
This setting is part of the wallet's transfer options and applies when you create a transfer code as a sender.
Before You Begin
The latest version of the Zucoins Wallet.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open your Zucoins Wallet and start a new "Send" transaction.
Why: Transfer expiry is set as part of creating a transfer.
Look for the transfer expiry option in the send screen.
Why: This is where you can set a custom expiry time or turn expiry off, rather than using the network's default.
Choose your preferred expiry setting and continue with your transfer.
Why: This determines how long the receiver has to accept the transfer before it expires.
Important Notes
Custom transfer expiry settings are available in Zucoins Wallet v199 and later.
If you start a new transfer before a previous pending transfer is completed, the earlier pending transfer will be automatically invalidated.
If you disable transfer expiry, only share the transfer with the intended recipient, as it will remain valid until completed or replaced by a newer pending transfer.
