Zucoins Wallet is a self-managed, device-based wallet: most of your wallet data is stored locally on the device where you installed it, rather than in a Zucoins-hosted account you log into from anywhere.

Troubleshooting
Problem: I open my wallet app and there are no coins in it.
Cause: Zucoins has confirmed this can happen if the wallet was saved only as a browser bookmark and the browser cleared its cache, or if a mobile operating system update cleared web-related data in the background.
Solution: Try fully powering off and restarting your phone, then reopening the wallet. Zucoins notes this has restored wallet data for some users. If that doesn't work, restore your wallet from your most recent backup.
Important Notes
Because wallet data is self-managed and stored locally, opening your wallet on a new device requires restoring from a backup rather than simply logging in with a username and password.
Clearing your browser's history or cache can remove your wallet data, since the wallet is a Progressive Web Application. Avoid clearing browser data for the wallet's site unless you have a current backup.
