Zucoins Wallet uses three related but distinct pricing concepts: market price, custom price, and comparison price. Each serves a different purpose, and understanding the difference will help you choose the right one when sending Zucoins or viewing your balance.
Pricing Options
Market Price
The current trading value of Zucoins based on available market data. This is the default pricing option used for most transactions.
Custom Price
A value you set manually for a specific transaction. This is useful when you and another person agree on a price that differs from the current market value.
Comparison Price
The price your wallet uses to display the value of your overall Zucoins balance. This allows you to compare your holdings against a chosen currency or asset.
Important Notes
Market Price and Custom Price apply to individual transactions.
Comparison Price affects how your balance is displayed in your wallet.
If a transaction uses a specific price, that transaction value will override your default Comparison Price setting.
